How to make it

  • In a large mixing bowl blend beer and eggs.
  • Add flour stir with whisk until blended.
  • Add seasonings. Set mixture aside.
  • In a saute pan heat 2 cups oil on medium heat (do not burn the oil)
  • Place cut veggies of like kind into beer batter and then one at a time into saute pan . Let them cook until golden brown on one side flip and then the other. remover from pan when golden brown on both sided. repeat with all veggies. Place cooked veggies on paper toweled plate to remove any excess oil salt if desired.
  • serves well with Ranch Salad dressing.
