  • you can use left over pork roast or boil bonless pork...
  • use the stock for the water to cook rice in.
  • 4 cups stock or chicken broth
  • 2 cups rice
  • 1-2 cups pork

Directions
  1. bring stock to a boil,
  2. add ingredients
  3. cook on simmer for 25 minutes, untill rice is done and water is absorbed.
  4. serve with corn bread or biscuits.
