This easy fresh black berry pie is a treat after any meal.

Ingredients
  • 1 Easy bake Pilbury pie crust mix made to specs on box.
  • 8 cups Fresh picked Black Berries
  • 2 c sugar
  • 1 cup water

Directions
  1. Place berries and sugar and water in medium size pot boil on medium heat for 10 min. Set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl make pie crust according to specs on box.
  3. Seperate crust into two balls .
  4. Roll one of them out on cutting board to fit pie dish.
  5. Lay crust into pie pan.
  6. Strain juice from berries , place berries into pie crust.
  7. Roll out remaining crust ,cut into strips.
  8. Place strips onto top of pie. (cut around edge to remove excess crust)
  9. Bake for 35 to 45 min until golden brown on top
