- 2 boxes bite size fresh mushrooms shopping list
- 4 slices bacon finely chopped shopping list
- 1 medium white onion finely chopped shopping list
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese shopping list
- 1/4 cup ripe olives chopped shopping list
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 1/4 cup fine dry bread crumbs shopping list
How to make it
- Wash and stem mushrooms then drain.
- Fry bacon with onion until crisp but do not drain.
- Combine cheese, olives and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl and blend well.
- Add bacon and onion directly from skillet while still hot.
- Blend all ingredients thoroughly and stuff mushroom caps.
- Place caps in shallow pan and sprinkle with breadcrumbs then broil 3 minutes.
- Serve hot.
