How to make it

  • Wash and stem mushrooms then drain.
  • Fry bacon with onion until crisp but do not drain.
  • Combine cheese, olives and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl and blend well.
  • Add bacon and onion directly from skillet while still hot.
  • Blend all ingredients thoroughly and stuff mushroom caps.
  • Place caps in shallow pan and sprinkle with breadcrumbs then broil 3 minutes.
  • Serve hot.
