Ingredients
  • 1 pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 C. peanut butter
  • 1/2 C. peanuts (optional)
  • 6 C. Crispix cereal
  • 1 C. powdered sugar

Directions
  1. In large microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate on high for 1 minute.
  2. Stir and heat an additional 30 seconds on high or until melted.
  3. Stir in peanut butter and peanuts.
  4. Gently stir in Crispix cereal until well coated.
  5. Place powdered sugar in a 2 gallon storage bag.
  6. Add coated cereal to sugar and close bag.
  7. Gently toss cereal mixture until well coated.
  8. Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
  9. Yield; about 8 cups
