Another good pie to serve for breakast or for brunch.. A great dish to serve up when special company comes...

Ingredients
  • I prepared crust for pie.
  • 1 1/2 cups (6 ounces) grated swiss cheese
  • 8 slices crisp bacon, crumbled
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • Dash of cayenne
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard

Directions
  1. Sprinkle cheese and bacon in bottom of 9 in pie pan with pastery.
  2. Beat remaining ingredients together and pour in pan.
  3. Bake in preheated oven 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
  4. Cut into wedges.
  5. Serve.
