Bacon Cheese Pie

Another good pie to serve for breakast or for brunch.. A great dish to serve up when special company comes...
Ingredients
- I prepared crust for pie. shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups (6 ounces) grated swiss cheese shopping list
- 8 slices crisp bacon, crumbled shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 1 cup heavy cream shopping list
- 1/2 cup milk shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper shopping list
- Dash of cayenne shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard shopping list
How to make it
- Sprinkle cheese and bacon in bottom of 9 in pie pan with pastery.
- Beat remaining ingredients together and pour in pan.
- Bake in preheated oven 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
- Cut into wedges.
- Serve.
