REALLY EASY TACO SALAD. SPICE IT UP TO YOUR OWN LIKING.

Ingredients
  • 1 LB. HAMBURGER
  • 2 HEADS LETTUCE- CUT UP LIKE NORMAL SALAD
  • 3 TOMATOES DICED
  • 2 ONIONS CHOPPED
  • SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE
  • 1 BAG NACHO DORITOS
  • 8 OZ THOUSAND ISLAND DRESSING
  • TACO SAUCE - I PREFER ORTEGA MEDIUM

Directions
  1. BROWN HAMBURGER, COOK LIKE MAKING TACOS, USING TACO SEASONING AND ADD SOME GARLIC PEPPER. DRAIN WELL AND COOL.
  2. ADD LETTUCE, ONIONS, TOMATOES AND CHEESE AND MIX WELL.
  3. MIX TACO SAUCE WITH SALAD DRESSING, ADJUST TASTE TO YOUR PREFERENCE. LESS SALAD DRESSING WITH MORE TACO SAUCE TO MAKE IT SPICIER.
  4. CRUSH DORITOS.
  5. ADD DRESSING AND DORITOS JUST BEFORE SERVING, MIX WELL.
