- 1 1/2 lbs. ground deer meat shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1/4 cup milk shopping list
- 1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs shopping list
- 1 tsp. worcestersire sauce shopping list
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard shopping list
- 1 tbls. soy sauce shopping list
- 1 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. each of basil, majoram, pepper, paprika shopping list
- 6 onion rolls shopping list
How to make it
- Blend all ingredients, make patties cook to desired doneness on stove , broiler ,or grill. serve on onion rolls with lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickles. choice of condiments and side.

Made this the other night and it turned out well. My only problem was that the burgers didn't stick together very well, but I think that was because of the very low fat content of the meat.
