Baby Spinach Salad

Adding a tbsp of Apple cider vinegar to the dressing will make a lotsa difference . This Salad gives an unique taste , something different from soups and its nice .
Ingredients
- 1 bunch of baby spinch leaves , washed and leaves torn into small pieces shopping list
- 1 small onion , sliced shopping list
- 1 small red pepper , sliced shopping list
- 1 tbsp chopped big , mint and corriander leaves shopping list
- Dressing : shopping list
- 2 tbsp olive oil shopping list
- 4 oz sausage , sliced thinly shopping list
- 2tsp ginger and garlic , chopped shopping list
- 2 tbsp soy sauce shopping list
- 1 tbsp lemon juice and sugar shopping list
- 1 tbsp garlic- chilli sauce shopping list
How to make it
- Mix the ings. in a salad bowl and toss it well .
- For the dressing , Heat the oil , fry the sausages , gin and garlic .
- Cook until fragrant .
- Add everythingelse and cook until sugar dissolves .
- Pour while it's hot into the salad bowl and toss it to coat .
- Let the leaves wilt before serving .
