How to make it

  • saute' onions and mushrooms till soft- set aside
  • saute' and brown the oil, flour and garlic
  • add mushroom mixture and slowly add the stock, stirring till its a nice consistency.
  • when making it with chicken cutlets- 1/2 cook the cutlets and then pour sauce over and cook fully.
  • when making it with chicken- spice chicken and cook for 1 hr. on 180 deg. covered, then spill out fat, top with sauce and cook for 1/2-1 hr. uncovering for the last 15 min.
