mushroom sauce for chicken meat fish

- can of sliced mushrooms (you can make it with fresh as well) shopping list
- 1 large onion cubed shopping list
- 6 tablespoons oil shopping list
- 4 tablespoons flour shopping list
- 3-4 cloves garlic crushed shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups chicken stock shopping list
How to make it
- saute' onions and mushrooms till soft- set aside
- saute' and brown the oil, flour and garlic
- add mushroom mixture and slowly add the stock, stirring till its a nice consistency.
- when making it with chicken cutlets- 1/2 cook the cutlets and then pour sauce over and cook fully.
- when making it with chicken- spice chicken and cook for 1 hr. on 180 deg. covered, then spill out fat, top with sauce and cook for 1/2-1 hr. uncovering for the last 15 min.
