Mushroom Sauce For Chicken Meat Fish Recipe

Ingredients

can of sliced mushrooms (you can make it with fresh as well)

1 large onion cubed

6 tablespoons oil

4 tablespoons flour

3-4 cloves garlic crushed

1 1/2 cups chicken stock

Directions

saute' onions and mushrooms till soft- set aside

saute' and brown the oil, flour and garlic

add mushroom mixture and slowly add the stock, stirring till its a nice consistency.

when making it with chicken cutlets- 1/2 cook the cutlets and then pour sauce over and cook fully.

when making it with chicken- spice chicken and cook for 1 hr. on 180 deg. covered, then spill out fat, top with sauce and cook for 1/2-1 hr. uncovering for the last 15 min.
