Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup butter softened
  • 2 cups loosely packed sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 cup Gluten Free Flour Mix posted on this site or pull up my recipes
  • 1 teaspoon seasong salt

Directions
  1. Cream together the butter and cheese.
  2. Add the flour and seasoning salt and mix together until the dough forms a ball. (This can be done in a food processor.)
  3. Divide the dough into 3 sections and re-roll each into a roll about 6"
  4. long and 1 1/4" to 1 1/2" in diameter. Wrap in wax paper and chill until firm.
  5. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  6. Cut dough into 1/8" slices and place on an ungreased baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 10 minutes or until crisp and very slightly browned.
  8. Makes about 4 1/2 dozen crackers.
