Nice Finnish dessert from Taste of Home

Ingredients
- 11/2c blueberries
- 11/2c fresh strawberries ,quartered
- 1c unsweetened raspberries
- 3Tbs sugar divided
- 2Tbs cornstarch
- 11/2c apple-raspberry juice
- Vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt,optional
Directions
- In a large heat-proof bowl,combine fruit and 2Tbs sugar. In a saucepan,combine cornstarch and juice till smooth. Bring to a boil;cook and stir for 2 mins or till thickened. Remove from heat;cool 10 mins. Pour over fruit;toss to coat.
- Sprinkle with remaining sugar. Cover and refrigerate until chilled. Serve in dessert dishes,top with ice cream or frozen yogurt if desired.
