Ingredients

3 medium tomatoes sliced

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon basil

2 teaspoons vinegar

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions

Combine oil, vinegar, basil, salt and pepper.

Add tomatoes and evenly coat then add garlic powder and chill at least 2 hours.
