This delicious salad dressing was served at a little tearoom for years. It is very good. Also wonderful served on marinated green beans, and asparagus.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons green pepper, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons celery, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons pickle relish
  • 1 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped

Directions
  1. In large bowl, mix all ingredients together until well blended
