Got this from a Southern Living a long time ago. My family loves it!!

Ingredients
  • 1 14oz. pkg. caramels
  • 2 Tbsp. whipping cream
  • 12 cups popped corn
  • 1 cup of nuts( recipe calls for peanuts, but i have used pecans too)

Directions
  1. Combine caramels and whipping cream in glass bowl. Microwave on High for 3 minutes or until melted, stirring once.
  2. Place popcorn and nuts in a large bowl. Drizzle with caramel sauce and toss gently to coat.
  3. Place popcorn mixture on a lightly greased jellyroll pan.
  4. Bake at 250 for 1 hour. Cool.
