Dijon-Garlic Glaze

Add a bit of zing to grilled shrimp with this quick and tasty brush on sauce.Tangy mixture adds just enough flavor to liven up plain shrimp,whie still letting natural sweetness shine.
Ingredients
- 3Tbs Dijon mustard shopping list
- 2Tbs honey shopping list
- 1/4c fresh lemon juice shopping list
- 2 garlic cloves minced. shopping list
- 11/2lbs. large shrimp,peeled and deveined shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all above ingredients except shrimp with a whisk. Brush one side of shrimp with the mixture. Grill for 1-2 mins. Turn shrimp,brush with glaze,and cook 2 mins. or till shrimp are done.
