A delicious, fresh salad perfect for strawberry season, or if you have some goat cheese lying around. The walnuts or pecans add a delightful crunchiness to the bed of spinach.

Ingredients
  • 2 oz fresh Goat Cheese
  • 12 fresh Strawberries
  • As much spinach as you want in your salad
  • Some shelled pecans or Walnuts

Directions
  1. Put 2 oz of goat cheese and 8 strawberries in a bowl and mash them together.
  2. Pour over 1-2 salad bowls containing desired amount of spinach.
  3. Crumble walnuts/pecans on top.
  4. Slice remaining strawberries and toss on top.
  5. Mix and Enjoy!
