Scrumptious Baguette Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients

Piece of Baguette the length of your forearm

1.5 Tbsp fresh Goat cheese

3 slices Swiss cheese

1/2 tsp Pesto spread

2-3 slices Tomato

2 slices Veggie Salami

Directions

Slice baguette into two long thin pieces, and hollow out the excess bread in the center of each.

Spread pesto on the inside of each slice, then glomph on some dime-quarter sized pieces of goat cheese along the hollow.

Rip salami and stuff in the hollows around goat cheese.

Slice tomatoes into shapes that will fit in the baguette trenches, stuff them in.

Top with Swiss cheese.

Broil on high till bubbly and brown (4-5 min)

**Gruyere cheese is also very delicious
