How to make it

  • Slice baguette into two long thin pieces, and hollow out the excess bread in the center of each.
  • Spread pesto on the inside of each slice, then glomph on some dime-quarter sized pieces of goat cheese along the hollow.
  • Rip salami and stuff in the hollows around goat cheese.
  • Slice tomatoes into shapes that will fit in the baguette trenches, stuff them in.
  • Top with Swiss cheese.
  • Broil on high till bubbly and brown (4-5 min)
  • **Gruyere cheese is also very delicious
