How to make it

  • Marinate the meat with all the ing.
  • Set aside 1 hour .
  • Heat the oil .
  • Fry the meat in hot oil for less than a min .
  • Set aside .
  • Stir fry the ginger and onions .
  • Set aside .
  • Saute the garlic .
  • Add the meat and along with the stit fried ginger and onions .
  • Sprinkle the rice wine .
  • Add the sauce .
  • Cook for a min over high heat .
  • Serve HOT .
