Grilled Portabellas

- 4 portabella mushrooms shopping list
- 4 cloves garlic, minced shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon dried, crumbled rosemary shopping list
- 1/4 cup olive oil shopping list
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar shopping list
- 1 tablespoon chopped chives shopping list
- 2 tablespoons ketchup shopping list
- 1 tablespoon honey shopping list
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce shopping list
- salt and pepper, to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Rinse mushrooms and pat dry, then cut off and chop the stems.
- Mix garlic, thyme, rosemary, and olive oil and drizzle this over the caps.
- Combine remaining ingredients with chopped stems in a small saucepan. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Baste caps with sauce, and grill (or broil) for 2 to 3 minutes per side. Serve with rice, with sauce on the side.
