Ingredients
  • 1 cup unbleached flour
  • 1/2 lb sharp cheddar cheese (grated)
  • 1/2 cup softened butter or margarine
  • 1 tbsp cayene pepper

Directions
  1. mix all ingredients and shape into 1" balls
  2. palce on cookie sheet and place in preheated 450 degree oven for about 6 minutes.
  3. serve hot or cold.
