Ingredients

All these are estimates. Just be logical, if it looks too little then add more and vice versa! :)

1/2 cup butter (any kind you wish to use)

2 decent handfuls of Dark Brown Sugar

4 Cups of Flour

Cinnamon to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 250C

Melt butter and sugar in a pot, long enough so it combines and gets thick but not so it boils.

Add flour, cup by cup until the mixture is thick and doughy enough to handle.

Flour a baking tray (unless you use baking paper) and flatten out mixture.

Bake for 20ish mins or until they are golden and springy to tough.

Cool and serve
