Orange Blossom Bites

These bite-size tea muffins are a great dessert or addition to a brunch. They are prepared in mini muffin tins and then citrus glazed. Oh my mouth is watering! I forgot about this one. :)
Ingredients
- 1 box lemon supreme cake mix shopping list
- 2 lemons, rind and juice shopping list
- 2 oranges, rind and juice shopping list
- 2 1/2 cups sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Mix the cake mix as directed on the box.
- Grease/Pam the mini muffin tins and fill 2/3 full with the batter.
- Bake accordidng to the pkg. directions.
- Remove from tins and cool
- Mix together the fruit juices and rinds with the sugar.
- Roll each tiny muffin (all sides) in this juice mixture.
- Dry them by sitting them on a piece of wax paper.
