How to make it

  • MIX OLIVE OIL, VINEGAR ITALIAN SEASONING AND GARLIC IN A BOWL. (I ACTUALLY JUST PUT IT RIGHT IN A ZIP LOCK BAG AND MIX IT THAT WAY).
  • ADD PORK CHOPS TO BAG, SEAL WELL AND REFRIGERATE AT LEAST OVERNIGHT.
  • SEASON WITH A LITTLE GARLIC PEPPER WHILE GRILLING.
  • GRILL OVER MED-LOW HEAT ABOUT 40 MINUTES, THAT WAY THEY SLOW COOK, GET DONE ENOUGH BUT DON'T DRY OUT.
  • I KNOW EVERYONE SAYS TO DISCARD THE MARINADE, I NEVER DO, I USE THE MARINADE TO BASTE WITH WHILE COOKING, MAKE THEM SO GOOD.
