MARINATED GRILLED PORK CHOPS

- 8 THICK CUT pork chops (THESE STAY THE JUCIEST) shopping list
- 1/2 CUP extra virgin olive oil shopping list
- 1/2 CUP balsamic vinegar shopping list
- 2 TBSP italian seasoning shopping list
- 2 TSP MINCED garlic shopping list
How to make it
- MIX OLIVE OIL, VINEGAR ITALIAN SEASONING AND GARLIC IN A BOWL. (I ACTUALLY JUST PUT IT RIGHT IN A ZIP LOCK BAG AND MIX IT THAT WAY).
- ADD PORK CHOPS TO BAG, SEAL WELL AND REFRIGERATE AT LEAST OVERNIGHT.
- SEASON WITH A LITTLE GARLIC PEPPER WHILE GRILLING.
- GRILL OVER MED-LOW HEAT ABOUT 40 MINUTES, THAT WAY THEY SLOW COOK, GET DONE ENOUGH BUT DON'T DRY OUT.
- I KNOW EVERYONE SAYS TO DISCARD THE MARINADE, I NEVER DO, I USE THE MARINADE TO BASTE WITH WHILE COOKING, MAKE THEM SO GOOD.
