Tis the season for grilling. This white BBQ sauce flavors and tenderizers the chicken and the result is divine.

Ingredients
  • 6 chicken breasts, no bones, no skin
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 oz. white wine
  • 4 cloves garlic, mashed or pressed
  • 1 Tbsp dry mustard
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp celery salt
  • 1/2 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 Tbsp W-shire sauce
  • 1 tsp A-1 sauce
  • 1 Tbsp tarragon vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp Angostura bitters
  • 1/4 tsp Tabasco sauce

Directions
  1. Mix all the sauce ingredients together in a blender till smooth.
  2. Marinate chicken 6 hrs. in the refrigerator or even better over night.
  3. IF not covered , turn a few times.
  4. Cook over white-hot coals till done. Baste occasionally.
