White Chocolate Mousse Recipe
A lovely rich mousse that can be used in so many different ways, I have listed just a few.

Ingredients
  • 9oz white chocolate(coveture)
  • 3T liqueur(Kahlua, orange brandy, amaretto etc.)
  • 11/2c whipping cream
  • 2T water

Directions
  1. Combine chocolate, water and liqueur in a stainless steel bowl.
  2. Set over a pot of simmering water; stir until chocolate is melted; cool.
  3. Whip the cream to soft peaks; fold into cooled chocolate.
  4. Recipe makes about 4 cups of mousse.
  5. MOCHA MOUSSE PIE: Use a coffee liqueur and strong coffee instead of the water. Pour into a prepared 9" chocolate crumb crust.
  6. MOUSSE BERRY PARFAITS: Layer mousse and fresh berries in parfait glasses.
  7. WHITE CHOCOLATE MOUSSE PATE: Let mousse set in a small loaf pan lined with plastic wrap. Serve with a raspberry coulis.
