Mango Delight

A wonderful dessert made with the king of fruits Mango..I loved it.Must refrigeratefor atleast 2-3 hours before serving.
Ingredients
- 200 ml milk shopping list
- 3/4 - 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 2 tbsp vanilla custard powder shopping list
- 200 ml mango puree shopping list
- 200 ml thick cream shopping list
- 4 tbsp chopped pistachios shopping list
How to make it
- Mix 2 tablespoons of the milk with the custard powder in a bowl.
- Boil remaining milk.When it comes to boil,add sugar.
- Cook on medium heat until sugar is dissolved.
- Slowly add the rest of the milk and custard powder mixture, and cook until it starts to thicken.
- Remove from heat.Leave to cool.
- Combine cooled custard,mango puree and cream in a large bowl,beat well.
- Add chopped pistachios and mix well.
- Pour in a serving bowl and leave in refrigerater to chill.
- Serve chilled.
- Before serving,decorate with thin slices of mango and chopped
- pistachios,if desired.
- Note:
- You can also add chopped mangoes in the mixture.

Sounds almost lyk my Mango Custard Pudding . But I just love the addition of cream , Ambus . You got my 5 : )
