Mango Delight Recipe

Ingredients

200 ml milk

3/4 - 1 cup sugar

2 tbsp vanilla custard powder

200 ml mango puree

200 ml thick cream

4 tbsp chopped pistachios

Directions

Mix 2 tablespoons of the milk with the custard powder in a bowl.

Boil remaining milk.When it comes to boil,add sugar.

Cook on medium heat until sugar is dissolved.

Slowly add the rest of the milk and custard powder mixture, and cook until it starts to thicken.

Remove from heat.Leave to cool.

Combine cooled custard,mango puree and cream in a large bowl,beat well.

Add chopped pistachios and mix well.

Pour in a serving bowl and leave in refrigerater to chill.

Serve chilled.

Before serving,decorate with thin slices of mango and chopped

pistachios,if desired.

Note:

You can also add chopped mangoes in the mixture.
