How to make it

  • Cut the cantalope lengthwise in half and clean out the seeds.
  • Cut each half into 3 lengthwise portions and remove the rind.
  • Place each cantalope wedge on a serving dish on a lettuce leaf.
  • Place 1/3 cup grapes around each melon wedge.
  • Mix mayonnaise and orange juice concentrate together well and spoon over individual portions.
  • Serve immediately.
