Colorful Cabbage Salad

Here's a colorful variation on cole slaw. Prep time will vary depending upon whether you use preshredded cabbage or shred your own.
Ingredients
- 4 cups green cabbage, shredded shopping list
- 4 cups red cabbage, shredded shopping list
- 1/2 medium onion, minced shopping list
- sour cream DRESSING shopping list
- 2 cups sour cream shopping list
- 6 Tbsp vinegar (I prefer apple cider vinegar) shopping list
- 1/4 cup sugar shopping list
- 3/4 tsp dry mustard shopping list
- salt to taste shopping list
- pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Mix together all dressing ingredients to make the sour cream dressing.
- Toss cabbage and onion together with dressing until thoroughly mixed.
