- 1/2 pound cornstarch shopping list
- (yes, that is cornstarch in the USA, cornflour in Europe) shopping list
- 1 stick butter shopping list
- 1/2 c white sugar shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 2 tsp powdered ginger. shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350
- Mix all ingredients on a floured board.
- Shape as desired - but keeping the dough between 1/8 and 1/4 inch thick, bake on a cookie sheet until firm.
