Belgian Gingerbread Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 pound cornstarch

(yes, that is cornstarch in the USA, cornflour in Europe)

1 stick butter

1/2 c white sugar

2 eggs

2 tsp powdered ginger.

Directions

Preheat oven to 350

Mix all ingredients on a floured board.

Shape as desired - but keeping the dough between 1/8 and 1/4 inch thick, bake on a cookie sheet until firm.
