How to make it
- Pour fruit into a shallow bowl (glass is nice for presentation).
- Pour juice, water and agar flakes into a small pot.
- Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Pour over the fruit.
- Chill 2 hours before serving.
