Ingredients

How to make it

  • Pour fruit into a shallow bowl (glass is nice for presentation).
  • Pour juice, water and agar flakes into a small pot.
  • Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Pour over the fruit.
  • Chill 2 hours before serving.

    Agar is vegetarian gelatin essentally, derived from seaweed. Eden organics makes a variety. You can find it in health food stores or online.
