How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 375 Degrees
  • Combine the 2 Tbsp. of sugar, butter, flour.
  • With hands mix the above until it holds together.
  • Press mixture into the center of a 9-inch tart pan.
  • Refrigerate for 5 minutes.
  • Remove from fridge and evenly cover the bottom and sides of pie pan.
  • Combine the remaining 1/3 cup sugar with 3 cups of the blueberries and cinnamon.
  • Brush jelly over the bottom of the tart; pour blueberry mixture into pan.
  • Bake for 50 minutes, or until the berries are soft.
  • Remove from oven and top with some fresh berries.
  • Remove the rim of pan when cool.
