This is a recipe I found on the New Jersey Department of Agriculture website 4 years ago. I like it because it's simple and easy to make. I make this when I need to bring a dessert to a share dinner or for a quick homemade dessert. Enjoy!

Ingredients
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1 Tbsp. raspberry jelly
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 7 tbsp. sweet butter, softened (not too much then the dough is difficult to handle)
  • 1/3 cup plus 2 tbsp. sugar

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 Degrees
  2. Combine the 2 Tbsp. of sugar, butter, flour.
  3. With hands mix the above until it holds together.
  4. Press mixture into the center of a 9-inch tart pan.
  5. Refrigerate for 5 minutes.
  6. Remove from fridge and evenly cover the bottom and sides of pie pan.
  7. Combine the remaining 1/3 cup sugar with 3 cups of the blueberries and cinnamon.
  8. Brush jelly over the bottom of the tart; pour blueberry mixture into pan.
  9. Bake for 50 minutes, or until the berries are soft.
  10. Remove from oven and top with some fresh berries.
  11. Remove the rim of pan when cool.
