Ingredients

3.0 oz pineapple juice

0.5 oz fresh squeezed Lemon Juice

1 teaspoon bar sugar (Fruit sugar/castor sugar found at bulk food store.. as it disolves instantly)

1.5 oz of LIGHT Puerto Rican Rum (Bacardi/Cpt Morgan Etc)

Ice

Directions

In a Tortuga Glass...

(ok.. lots of luck finding one of these..unless you steal it for a Trader Vic's)

In a Tall Chimney Glass..

Blend ingredients with 1 scoop of ice (about 8 oz of ice )

Garnish with a mint sprig (do not include lemon shell in drink)

So, I made a big pot of it, and boy.. did it go.. (all the ladies loved it) and boy did everyone drink way too much of it.
