Asian Marinated Pork Tenderloin Recipe
An excellent and fairly easy grilled pork tenderloin recipe. My husband loves it!

Ingredients
  • 1/4 C Hoysin Sauce
  • 2 T Oyster Sauce
  • 1/4 C Thai Peanut Sauce
  • 1/4 C Low Sodium Soy Sauce
  • 3-4 Cloves Garlic- minced
  • 2 tsp Fresh Grated Ginger
  • 1 T Honey
  • 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper or to taste
  • 1/2 tsp liquid smoke
  • Cracked Black Pepper to taste
  • 1 Whole Pork Tenderloin (about 2 lbs)

Directions
  1. Place tenderloin in a 1 gallon zip top bag
  2. Whisk all other ingredients together and pour over pork.
  3. Massage marinade into the meat and store in refrigerator for at least 8 hours. I usually prepare the pork in the morning before work.
  4. After marinating, preheat grill to high.
  5. Remove pork from bag and reserve leftover marinade for basting.
  6. Sear pork on each side for 2 minutes per side.
  7. Turn the center burner(s) off and turn the outside burners down to medium.
  8. Flip pork every 5 minutes and baste with remaining marinade.
  9. When the internal temperature of the pork reaches 155 deg, remove from heat and cover loosely with foil. This should take about 30 minutes.
  10. Allow meat to rest for about 5 minutes.
  11. Slice into 1" slices on an angle and serve with grilled veggies and rice.
  12. Enjoy!

That looks real good minus the liquid smoke, I'm not a big fan of that. I just made pork tenderloin for the 4th too bad I didn't get this sooner!
