How to make it

  • Place the water in the bowl and stir the yeast into it until dissolved.
  • Add the honey, salt, tomatos, herbs and olive oil.
  • Add the flour little by little.
  • Knead until firm and smooth.
  • Leave to rise in a warm place for 45 mins.
  • Knead again and leave to rise another 30 mins.
  • Form into loaf shape and place on baking paper.
  • Bake for about 30-40 mins at 200 c.
