Ingredients
  • Juices of the meat you will be serving this with
  • honey (to taste)
  • lemon juice (to taste)
  • 1 cup pork stock
  • ca. 1 tbsp thyme
  • ca. 1 tbsp butter
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 small pan

Directions
  1. All put together in the pan and mix well.
  2. Bring to the boil and simmer until it has reduced to about half the amount
