I love this meatloaf!

Ingredients
  • 2 pounds of ground beef
  • 2 eggs
  • 2/3 cup of quick cooking oats
  • 1 package of dry onion soup mix
  • 1/2 cup ketchup

Directions
  1. Reserve 3 tablespoons of Ketchup.
  2. Combine ground beef, eggs, oats, soup mix, and reminaint ketchup.
  3. Shape into a loaf.
  4. Put in Crock Pot.
  5. Top with remaining ketchup.
  6. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours.

Yep this is a good meatloaf, I haven't done it in my crockpot but I have made it in the oven. I also like to add a bit of green pepper to mine. You have my five, what time is supper???
