Easy Pleasey Peanut Butter Cookie

These cookies are so easy to make and are quite tasty!Also I didn't have any eggs so here is a little hint, I substituted one egg with 2 T warm water, 1 T oil, 1/2t baking powder, worked like a charm. Ingredients
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees shopping list
- 1 cup peanut butter shopping list
- 1 cup of granulated sugar or you can substitute with the following: shopping list
- (1/4 c white granulated sugar shopping list
- 1/2 c brown sugar) shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
How to make it
- In a bowl add the peanut butter
- then add the sugars
- last add the egg
- Mix altogether
- shape into balls about 1 - 2 inches in size, I used a cookie dipper(?)
- place on cookie sheet about an inch to an inch and a half apart
- put in oven and bake for about 8 - 10 minutes, checking as all ovens vary in their temperatures
- Cookies will be soft when removed from oven that is okay, when they cool they will firm up to a nice soft cookie.
