Healthy Date Oatmeal Cookies

- 3/4 cup vegetable shortening shopping list
- sugar substitute equivalent to 1-1/2 cups sugar shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1/4 cup water shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla shopping list
- 3 cups uncooked oatmeal shopping list
- 1 cup flour shopping list
- 1 tablespoon salt shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon soda shopping list
- 1 cup dates chopped shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Beat together first 5 ingredients then sift dry ingredients together.
- Add oatmeal and combine all together then stir in dates.
- Drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
