Ingredients

How to make it

  • Put peach preserves on the stove over med high heat until melts
  • Pour in rest of ingredients and mix until thoroughly mixed
  • Bring to slow boil and then turn off heat
  • Let cool before serving
  • Serve warm

    First time I made it as recipe calls, but used spicy mustard - great idea. However, I felt that it was a little too sweet. This time I used a smaller jar of preserves and thus adjusted the recipe and kind of winged it. Wasn't too sweet this time... but I put too much mustard in, Oops. Delicious just the same. Love this recipe with Coconut chicken :)
