How to make it

  • Grind the mint, nuts and other ingredients in food processor to make a paste.
  • Cut a loaf of French Bread in thick slices.
  • On an outdoor charcoal or gas grill, grill slices of bread on one side unti they are toasted.
  • Do not let them burn.
  • Flip them over and spread the toaste side with the mint mixture and let them stay on the grill jut until the other side is toasted.
  • Serve right away.
