Killer Caramel Corn

- 6 quarts popped corn shopping list
- 2 cups brown sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup white corn syrup shopping list
- 1 cup margarine shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar shopping list
- 1 teaspoon baking soda shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
How to make it
- Keep popcorn warn in the oven.
- Combine brown sugar, corn syrup and margarine and cook until candy thermometer reaches 260.
- Remove from head and add cream of tartar and baking soda.
- Stir quickly then add salt.
- Pour mixture over popped corn then mix well.
- Bake at 300 for 20 minutes stirring after 10 minutes.
- Dump out of pan and cool then store in airtight container.
