Beef Marinade Recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups vegetable oil

3/4 cup soy sauce

1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce

2 Tbsp. dry mustard

1 1/2 tsp. salt tsp.

1 Tbsp black pepper

1/2 cup red wine vinegar

1 1/2 tsp. parsley flakes

2 cloves of garlic, pressed

1/3 cup lemon juice

1 large onion, sliced, do not use if freezing leftover marinade

Directions

In a medium bowl, combine ingredients, using a whisk, mix well. Makes 3 1/2 cups.

Marinate steaks several hours;or a roast overnight in the refrigerator, turning occasionally.

Bring to room temperature.

Drain excess marinade from meat.

Reserve marinated onion, to be grilled on heavy foil, and served with meat.

Rub grill with oil or a piece of bacon fat.

Grill meat until desired doneness.
