How to make it

  • In a medium bowl, combine ingredients, using a whisk, mix well. Makes 3 1/2 cups.
  • Marinate steaks several hours;or a roast overnight in the refrigerator, turning occasionally.
  • Bring to room temperature.
  • Drain excess marinade from meat.
  • Reserve marinated onion, to be grilled on heavy foil, and served with meat.
  • Rub grill with oil or a piece of bacon fat.
  • Grill meat until desired doneness.

    Thanx for sharing this one. Waddaya think about using this as a marinade for a butt roast before I smoke it?
