Beef Marinade

- 1 1/2 cups vegetable oil shopping list
- 3/4 cup soy sauce shopping list
- 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 2 Tbsp. dry mustard shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt tsp. shopping list
- 1 Tbsp black pepper shopping list
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsp. parsley flakes shopping list
- 2 cloves of garlic, pressed shopping list
- 1/3 cup lemon juice shopping list
- 1 large onion, sliced, do not use if freezing leftover marinade shopping list
How to make it
- In a medium bowl, combine ingredients, using a whisk, mix well. Makes 3 1/2 cups.
- Marinate steaks several hours;or a roast overnight in the refrigerator, turning occasionally.
- Bring to room temperature.
- Drain excess marinade from meat.
- Reserve marinated onion, to be grilled on heavy foil, and served with meat.
- Rub grill with oil or a piece of bacon fat.
- Grill meat until desired doneness.
