How to make it

  • Prep time does not include refrigerated time
  • Drain the jar of pickles and throw away the juice.
  • Cut the pickles lengthwise into fourths and return to the jar.
  • Pour in the whole bottle of Tabasco.
  • Slowly pour in the sugar, keep adding it and shaking the jar and
  • swirling it until you get it all in there - yes all of it.
  • Keep the jar of pickles in the fridge, every day, give it a swirl to
  • keep the sugar dissolving.
  • After about a week, you won't need to swirl it anymore.
  • Let it sit a couple of more weeks in the fridge and then enjoy them!
