Texas Sweet Pickles

- 1 Gallon of Whole dill pickles shopping list
- 1 bottle Tabasco sauce shopping list
- 5 lb bag of sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Prep time does not include refrigerated time
- Drain the jar of pickles and throw away the juice.
- Cut the pickles lengthwise into fourths and return to the jar.
- Pour in the whole bottle of Tabasco.
- Slowly pour in the sugar, keep adding it and shaking the jar and
- swirling it until you get it all in there - yes all of it.
- Keep the jar of pickles in the fridge, every day, give it a swirl to
- keep the sugar dissolving.
- After about a week, you won't need to swirl it anymore.
- Let it sit a couple of more weeks in the fridge and then enjoy them!
