These are great , sweet, hot pickles for those who love them that way! Great for parties and barbecues. People always ask for the recipe. Remember it takes a few weeks of sitting in the refrigerator to get them just right!

Ingredients
  • 1 Gallon of Whole Dill Pickles
  • 1 bottle Tabasco sauce
  • 5 lb bag of sugar

Directions
  1. Prep time does not include refrigerated time
  2. Drain the jar of pickles and throw away the juice.
  3. Cut the pickles lengthwise into fourths and return to the jar.
  4. Pour in the whole bottle of Tabasco.
  5. Slowly pour in the sugar, keep adding it and shaking the jar and
  6. swirling it until you get it all in there - yes all of it.
  7. Keep the jar of pickles in the fridge, every day, give it a swirl to
  8. keep the sugar dissolving.
  9. After about a week, you won't need to swirl it anymore.
  10. Let it sit a couple of more weeks in the fridge and then enjoy them!
