Veal balls with sour cream borjuhus tejfollel

- 1 lb ground veal shopping list
- 3/4 cup milk shopping list
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped onion shopping list
- 2 TBS parsely shopping list
- 1 egg well beaten shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/2 tsp pepper shopping list
- 1 tsp sweet paprika shopping list
- 1/4 cup lard shopping list
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms shopping list
- 1/2 cup beef stock shopping list
- 1 cup sour cream shopping list
How to make it
- Lightly mix together the veal,milk,bread crumbs,chopped onion,parsely and the egg and form into 2 in balls and set aside. Heat the lard on medium flame in a 10 in skillet and add meatballs turning occasionally to brown. Remove with slotted spoon and set aside. Add mushrooms to the pan and stir for around 3 minutes and add the meatballs back to the pan along with the beef stock, cover and simmer around 30 minutes. Drain the pan juices in a bowl and whisk in the paprika and allow to cool. In a double boiler add sour cream and start spooning in the reserved pan juices until heated through. Add the sauce back to the pan with the meatballs and warm through. Serve with homeade egg noodles.
