Easy Italian Beef Sandwhich Recipe
A quick and easy dish the entire (meat eating) family will love! From my youngest children to my husband, we eat the entire thing in a night.

Ingredients
  • 3 lbs sirlon beef roast
  • 1 can sliced banana peppers with juice
  • I package of dry Italian dressing (dry SALAD dressing)
  • 1 c Water
  • Sliced swiss cheese (optional)
  • Hoagie Buns or hamburger buns

Directions
  1. Place beef, Italian dressing (unprepared), banana peppers and water in slow cooker. Cook on low for 6-8 hours, or until beef is cooked through and separates with a fork. Remove beef from liquid and reserve. Place beef and cooked peppers and 1/2 c-3/4c of reserved liquid in food processor and blend just until shredded and liquid is absorbed. If you don't have a food processor, shred with fork and add liquid.
  2. Butter Hoagie buns lightly and toast in oven under broiler, until bearly brown. Place beef on buns and add cheese, if desired. Serve with homemade potato salad, chips, or some vegie soup!
