Banana Boats Recipe

How to make it

  • Peel back 1 section banana peel from each banana; do not remove.
  • Cut wedge-shaped section lengthwise from each banana.
  • Place marshmallows and chocolate in bananas.
  • Replace peels; wrap each banana tightly in heavy-duty foil.
  • Place in coals or on grill over coals.
  • Bake for 3 minutes or until chocolate and marshmallows are melted.

    We did this at camp a few weeks ago, then again at my daughter's camp sleepover a couple days ago. Good..and fun!
