Bananas Faster Recipe

How to make it

  • Melt butter in Dutch oven over medium-low coals.
  • Stir in brown sugar.
  • Cut bananas lengthwise into thin slices.
  • Add to brown sugar mixture.
  • Cook until tender.
  • Sprinkle with cinnamon.
  • Add rum extract.
  • Cook until bubbly.
  • Serve immediately.

    I love Bananas Foster (with either rum or banana liqueur) served over ice cream...I know, a tricky fete on a camp out! Ha!
