This Shepard's Pie is is easy and tastes awesome, try it out , you wont be sorry!

Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1lb Ground Beef
  • 6-8 Medium sized potatoes
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 1 Clove chopped Garlic
  • 1 can of Creamed Corn
  • Half a package Taco Seasoning
  • 1/4 Cup Water
  • Salt & Pepper

Directions
  1. Heat Oil in Pan & Add garlic
  2. Add Ground Beef & Onion
  3. When meat is half cooked add Taco Seasoning & Water
  4. Simmer until meat is fully cooked
  5. Boil potatoes until soft enough to mash
  6. Grease desired Pan with butter
  7. Spread a very thin layer of potatoes on the bottom
  8. Top with meat mixture
  9. Cover meat w/ Creamed Corn
  10. Layer the remaning potatoes across the top completly covering corn
  11. Cover w/ tinfoil & cook in oven for about 30 mins
  12. Remove foil 5 - 10 mins before removing from oven
