How to make it

  • Cheese Sauce:
  • Melt butter in saucepan, add garlic, stock cube and flour, cook 1 minute, stirring. Gradually stir in milk, stir until sauce boils and thickens; add cheeses, stir until melted. Set aside.
  • Cook bacon until crisp. Add butter, leeks and zuchinni, cook 5 minutes or until leeks are tender. Remove from pan.
  • Heat oil in pan, add chicken gradually, cook over high heat until lightly browned all over. Add to chicken mixture & sauce, mix well. Place in shallow ovenproof dish, top with potatoes. Brush with extra melted butter, sprinkle with cheese, bake 350 60 min or until golden brown.
